We do not accept returns on any handmade products. These are handmade products and no two are exactly the same. Colors online may look different in person. We make every effort to have clear and concise information listed. Should you receive an item that is wrong we will work with you to making it right. We want you to be happy with all items purchased from Grace and Glitters. . 

Insurance is included with shipment. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping. Please contact the shipper directly to file a claim. All claims shall be made within three business days.
